Zapien’s Salon was at the 3rd Annual Village Cardboard Boat Regatta. The event proved to be another success as over 600 people were in attendance. Zapien Salon owner, Norman Zapien, enjoyed visiting with salons clients and newcomers who came by the booth to get airbrushed body/hair tattoos and Paris Hilton Dream Catcher Feathers for the kids; some of them even decided to go for the new feather look themselves!  Norman’s love for animals is so compelling and is evident in this photo.  It was a hot day so his concerned for this little pup ended with a water spray down and a doggie up do. Over 200 gift bags were distributed filled with samples of products from J Beverly Hills. The entire day was filled with excitement and lots of fun. The Zapien’s staff was amazing and made this event a tremendous success. See you at the Regatta again next year!
